Shipping & Return Policies

To return an item to our company, please follow these steps

Call the Thermalon.com Customer Service department at 888-882-7337 ext. 205 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Include proof of purchase information and your RA number with your return. Please include reason for return with your shipment.
Your credit card will be credited within 14-21 days of item receipt. We cannot credit shipping charges on returns.

All of our products carry a 30-day, money-back guarantee. Thermalon will replace any product found to be defective within one year. Proof of purchase required.

Shipping

We ship UPS to any location, except P.O. boxes. Brokerage, customs, or any other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders are not accepted at this time. EXPEDITED shipping using UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day is available and will be calculated by weight of shipment.

Items generally ship within 2-5 business days from the date of order from our warehouse in Alpharetta, Georgia 30004.

We typically ship your order using UPS Home Delivery. Delivery times will vary greatly depending upon where your order is destined, but our experience has shown that most orders are received between 3 and 7 business days after leaving our warehouse in Alpharetta, Georgia. An e-mail message will be sent when your order ships. This e-mail will list your order number. Please retain this and reference your order number should you need to correspond with us.

Expedited Shipments

If you'd like your order shipped via expedited delivery, it must be placed by 1pm Eastern Standard Time or it will be shipped the next business day. Air orders placed after 1pm on Friday or on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times for air shipments range from 1-2 business days and may require your signature to be delivered. Also keep in mind that air delivery times are measured in business days (not including holidays or weekends). We do not currently offer expedited shipping with a Saturday delivery.

Some states and territories require air shipping. These include Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and Other US Territories. Our web store can handle your order, and in these instances we will ship via Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Additionally, orders being delivered to a U.S. Military Address will also be shipped via Priority Mail. Your shipping charges will be based upon the total weight of the order rather than other calculation methods.

Shipping rates published only apply to the lower 48 states and do not include the exceptions noted above.
